Before you proceed with this FREE Plan I’ve created for you, I’d like to EXPLAIN you how to implement it.

There are 21 exercises: 7 to help you wake up in the Morning, 7 to energize you in the Afternoon and 7 to help you Relax before going to Bed.

What I suggest you to do is to start the first day with the first exercise only.

Then, the day after, do the first and the second exercise.

Then, the 3rd day, do the first, the second and the third one.

And so on.

So each day you will add a new exercise to the previous ones and at the end of the 21 days you will have a Complete and Sustainable Stretching Routine that will only take you 15 minutes per day: 5 in the Morning, 5 in the Afternoon and 5 before going to Bed!
